Megan Pena , Director

Education: CDA in Early Childhood Education

Certifications: CPR, First Aid, ServSafe Food Safety, Nutrition Plus Food Safety, Child Abuse

I have been in the childcare field for over 7 years. In the past, I have been a lead teacher in Pre-K, Preschool, and Toddlers, and also worked in many other classrooms as a helping hand. Teaching little ones is a huge part of my life. I considered these children to be "my kids" as well. Nothing brings me more joy than building special relationships with children and their families. I am thankful to have the opportunity to be a part of your child's life!

Education: Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education

Building relationships with families, children and co-workers is a significant part of my life. Being in this industry for over 25 years, it warms my heart to watch my former students grow into their teen years all the way through adulthood and having them share their favorite memories from their time at our school.

I have been working in the childcare industry since 2004, with the last five years working at Childtime. I am a Team Lead and the Safety Captain here at the Painesville location. I love interacting with the children each day and watching them learn and grow.
