Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Childtime on Renaissance Center in Detroit, MI! Our educational preschool is located in the GM Headquarters Renaissance Center Tower. We are close to the Riverwalk, Hart Plaza, and the Detroit–Windsor Tunnel, within walking distance of Campus Martius and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and just a short distance from Greektown and Comerica Park.

Our early learning programs include Infants, Toddlers, Twos, Early Preschool, Preschool, and Pre-K and Summer Camp. We proudly offer the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) for eligible Pre-K families. We also offer flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and drop-in care to meet the needs of busy families. Children can also enjoy elective program like Spanish and Gym 101.

Our strong health and safety standards ensure a secure, nurturing environment for your child. And with livestreaming classroom access and real-time photos, videos, and care updates through our family communication app, SproutAbout, families stay connected throughout the day.

Certifications: Infant & Child CPR, I-Care training, Safe Sleep, Excellence School of Detroit, New Detroit Professional Development, Woodward Corridor Early Childhood

I have spent the last 35 years working with children and have loved every minute of it. Watching children master a skill is exciting and fulfilling to me. When children who have previously attended here return for a visit, it gives me such pleasure to see how they've grown! I love being a director!
