Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Childtime of Stone Mountain, GA! My name is Angel and I am the director of this fabulous learning care center. I have been with this center for seventeen years and I am proud to see the progress that it has made throughout the years. I am obtaining my business degree and I have extensive training in early childhood education. In addition to providing superior local Infant care, our Preschool programs and Kindergarten options offer the best early education in the community. I love being the director of this Childtime because each day, I get to interact with many different children and families. Every family has a way of touching my life and makes my team here realize that what we do each day is very important.

I have a wonderful team here in Stone Mountain. Because many of my teachers have been here five or more years, they fully understand the children in their classroom. We have been open for more than 30 years and we also have achieved national accreditation through NECPA and most recently achieved a star rating through Bright from the Starts Quality Rated system.

We are foster parents and have had several children in this daycare over the last 3 1/2 years and in almost every classroom. The whole place is amazing! From the Director down the staff is awesome and great with the kids.

Coming to the school and actually interacting with all staff and my child’s classmates doing drop off and pick up time are definitely my best times of the day. They receive GREAT lunch and the smell of lunch fulls the hallway. The front area and bathrooms are spotless. Thank you Childtime for being the person. I have been with Childtime for seventeen years and I still love it. I have a fifteen year old son who is truly my sunshine. I enjoy making people smile and spending time with my friends and family. I love to see children come through Childtime and grow up right before my eyes. It is always a great joy when children come back to visit!

I have been with Childtime for eight years. My three children are my motivation for everything I do in life. I have a passion for working with children. I enjoy dancing, trying new places to eat and spending time with my family and friends. The families and staff at Childtime have become an extension of my own family. Coming to work each day and seeing the children in our care grow and learn is a highlight each day.
