Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Childtime Learning Center at the John Weld Peck Federal Building in Cincinnati, OH. My name is Seth and I have been the Director since January but have been in the early childhood education field since 2016! I am very excited about my new adventure with Childtime..

We provide a developmentally appropriate, hands-on curriculum for children ages six weeks through five years. Our school is also NAEYC accredited and 5-Star rated with Step Up To Quality.

Jackie Colwell, Director

Education: CDA in Early Childhood Education (Preschool/Pre K)

Certifications: CPR/First Aid, Communicable Disease & Child Abuse

I have been working with children for over 30 years and with Childtime for 27 years. I received my Certification in Early Childhood from Pratt Educational Services. Children are truly my passion and if I touch the life of one child each day I know that I am doing my job. I feel very confident that I will be successful in my position as the Center Director.

I have been working in the Child Development field since 1996. Gaining my CDA in Infant, Toddler, and Preschool from Queen City Vocational under Julia Henderson. I have been working with Childtime for 2 1/2 years. Developing children is a passion for me.
