Welcome to Our School
Welcome to Childtime of Fort Worth, TX. We serve the Arlington and Fort Worth communities! My name is Sha'Torey Hicks and I am the director. I have worked in early childhood education for ten years.
We are not a typical daycare; we are a learning center! In addition to providing superior Infant Care, our Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten programs offer the best early education in the community, we have also added spanish classes that all families may sign up for while classes are being held!
Our staff is CPR and First Aid certified, and as a group, we have more than 50 years of child care experience. All of our teachers receive monthly training as well as ongoing training provided by the state. We maintain an open-door policy for anyone who would like to talk. We value the relationships we have with our families and offer a number of opportunities for them to volunteer for classroom events and on field trips.
We are excited to offer new technology in our School-Age classroom. These enhancements include iPads featuring apps to create art, music and videos, tripods for moviemaking, robots for coding and more!

Working with children has always been my passion. I have been in childcare for eight years, and I must say that I would not have life any other way. I take my job very seriously and strive to make a difference in as many lives as I can. Providing children with love, support, and care is my goal daily. I love when children run to me with opened arms as well as the smiling faces and fun stories parents greet me with.
