I believe that building a strong community and learning to socialize and connect is an important aspect of childcare and I strive to foster that within my center. I have over 15 years of experience working in childcare as a caregiver. I started as a floater, and have worked in various different roles in and out of the classroom. I am now enjoying the role as an Associate Director. I'm passionate about supporting my team of leaders.

Ever since I was a child, I have wanted to work with kids! My career began six years ago as a preschool teacher, and I have worked with young children in many different capacities throughout my entire life. I love watching children learn and develop through play and create meaningful connections with their friends, family, and classroom community.
