Welcome to Our School

Welcome to Childtime of Rye Brook, NY! My name is Angela Choate and I am the Director at this Childtime Learning Center. My love for children and teaching has brought me to the start of my career in Child Care. Throughout my years in Education, I have worked within Daycare Centers, the public-school system and Camp facilities with a concentration in their Special Needs Program.

We are open to the Rye Brook community, including Rye Ridge, Water's Edge, St. Regis, and Doral Greens communities! At our school, we offer an educational daycare that includes infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-k programs. In addition to that, our school accepts enrollments year round!

Our staff is truly second to none! They are a team of dedicated early education professionals who participate in yearly safety and education trainings throughout the year.

Safety and security are of the utmost importance at our center. We follow strict cleanliness protocols and enforce strict drop-off and pick-up procedures to ensure the safety of our school community.

Education: Bachelor of Arts Degree

Certifications: Child Development Associate, First Aid/CPR, Health and Safety Training, Medication Administration Training Certified

As the Director, I am excited to be a part of a center that provides a nurturing, loving and educational environment that helps to foster a love for learning for our children. Making that special connection with a child during the most impressionable years of their lives is priceless. There is nothing like being a part of the very moment when a child grasps a concept you taught them. We look forward to bringing these special moments to your family and experiencing them with your child.

I have worked with children for a number of years within daycares and summer camps. I also worked at The Walt Disney World Resort and Score Educational Center. I enjoy observing children having fun while learning and my goal is to assist every child in reaching his or her potential. When I am not working, I am spending time with my little one. We love going on nature walks, singing and dancing to the Disney Soundtrack Moana. I look forward to meeting you and your children!
